To get started remember to do your warm up.
\n1. Proceed to do sliding Tuck, this works your abs. <\/p>\n

2. Reverse slider lunges: This works legs, glutes, hamstrings<\/p>\n

3. Slide-Through Plank: works abs and shoulders <\/p>\n

4. Frog plank: works abs <\/p>\n

5. Push up with single Arm slide: works chest, triceps and abs <\/p>\n

Lastly: cool down. <\/p>\n
