• Two handfuls of fresh spinach<\/li>\n
• One chicken breast<\/li>\n
• Ten mushrooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  1. Peel the onion and wash the vegetables ready for chopping.<\/li>\n
  2. Add the coconut oil to the pan.<\/li>\n

  4. Mix in the onion and fresh coriander.<\/li>\n
  5. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan.<\/li>\n
  6. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the pan stirring frequently.<\/li>\n
