Everyone is looking for a great workout to get their body toned in time for summer. It may not be as hard as you think. All you may need is 10 minutes, a towel and a floor that can allow sliding.
To get started remember to do your warm up.
1. Proceed to do sliding Tuck, this works your abs.
2. Reverse slider lunges: This works legs, glutes, hamstrings
3. Slide-Through Plank: works abs and shoulders
4. Frog plank: works abs
5. Push up with single Arm slide: works chest, triceps and abs
Lastly: cool down.
