4 important elements of a healthy cleanse

A cleanse is really good as it clears the body of contaminants and toxins that accumulate in our bloodstream, joints, organs, cells and tissues. Not only does a gentle cleanse get rid of toxins, but it also balances blood sugar, increases strength, improves mental clarity and emotional stability.

We do get signs of toxin overload however these are mostly ignored. The most common signs are chronic digestive complaints, frequent colds and flu, irritability, weight gain and head and body aches.

For a good cleanse we need to focus on the following:
Minimise our intake of processed foods
Add nutritional and herbal supplements to our diet
Excercise
Take time to meditate or practice yoga
