Can Bloating be Beaten?

We all had that uncomfortable puffy sluggish feeling at some point in time and it’s never good. There are however some things that we can eat less or more off that can help.

Ginger: This is a Bloating remedy that can be sucked on or added to foods.

Salt: Reduce your Salt as this is known to attract water and can lead to Bloating.

Avoid processed foods and White pasta

Artificial sweeteners not recommended-Try as much as possible to stay away from this.

Eat less bananas and apples as these can cause gas and Bloating

Eat a limited amount of beans

Chew your food properly
