Black Tea for high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease

Research has shown that tea not only quenches your thirst, but has the ability to stabilise your blood pressure and counteract cardiovascular disease.

It is believed that the benefits of the tea is largely due to flavonoids or antioxidant ingredients that help counteract cardiovascular disease.
