Frequent exercise reduces more stress related disorders and anxiety than you think

Exercise and extra pressure while exercising may actually be good for you.

It was always known that persons who exercise regularly are less likely to suffer from stress related disorders. Whether it is voluntary or involuntary exercise, it is beneficial to mental health.

Experiments done on lab rats showed that those that exercised regularly dealt with stressful situations in a better and faster response time than those who exercised less frequently or at all.
