Whenever we visit a restaurant, we look for a meal bursting with flavour. These at times may work against us as the tricks used to bring out the taste and flavour in the meal may not be as healthy as we think.

Here are six unhealthy tricks used;

The overuse of butter in most meals
Cream in most soups and sauces
The use of lots of oil
Extra use of animal fat
The use of salt on everything including salads and sweets
Sweeteners in meals such as vegetables
