Dogs are good companions and can decrease your risk of heart disease

Research suggests that dog owners may actually have a healthier heart as they walk far more often than people who don’t have a dog.

The American Heart Association disclaims this thought however, whether this is true, the fact remains that dog owners walk a lot more than those that don’t.

Should you not own a dog now may be a good time to consider getting one as research has also accredited maintaining good cholesterol and stress levels to owning a dog.
